Receptionist duties:
• Adhere to company Check-in and Check-out procedure
• Up-date guest history & details
• Escort guests to their room, explaining facilities, ensure all is in order
• Co-ordinate luggage delivery
• Cashier duties (guest bills, currency exchange, advance payments)
• Handle reservations through phone & email
Concierge duties:
• Ensure excellent knowledge of hotel facilities and services
• Be knowledgeable about local area
• Recommend and assist guests with bookings (restaurants, excursions, taxi, special events)
• Co-ordinate transfers
General duties:
• Handle any guest’s requests in a polite and efficient manner
• Familiarize yourself with details of any new arrivals
• Anticipate guest’s needs
• Always adhere to FO standards & procedures
• Answer telephone calls
• Liaise with housekeeping
• Ensure guest rooms are ready prior to check in
• Co-ordinate amenities delivery
• Forward any food/drinks orders to F&B department
• Report any issues or guest complaints to manager
• Maintain open communication with managers and colleagues
• Comply with company policies
• Execute any other reasonable tasks assigned by manager

Hi! I am a Scandinavian guy from Sweden who has been travelling by boat among your islands before and have comed to love it. I know I would fit perfectly within the hotel buisness because peoploe always finds me polite, trust worthy, funny and easygoing. I have no experience of working in a hotel before though I dont find that as much as a problem because my easyness in learning. I believe I would fit perfectly. My earlier experience lies partly within window cleaning and cleaning and right now I am studying a little.
