Rooms Division Manager

Qualifications: Graduate of a similar school, general & administrative experience in personnel management, general knowledge of hotels and departments, sales, address customer complaints, at least 5 years experience in similar position.
Languages: French, English, Windows, Office, reservation systems.
Responsibilities: Proper handling of reservation & reception, supervised distribution customers in rooms (in collaboration with housekeeping), management of claims and customer complaints, overseeing invoicing and payment supervision, marketing in the Greek market, cooperating with departements of the hotel, price lists drafting groups sales promotion and general management services, mentoring existing staff and trainees of the department, supervising the evening running F & B (Restaurant, Bar) and generally the hotel.
