Reservations Manager (Rethymno)

Cressa Corona Boutique Hotel, the first storytelling hotel in Crete located in the old town of Rethymno offering unique suites is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to operate and monitor reservations for 3 small hotels under the same management.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries regarding Rooms and Customer Inquiries.

Monitor customers’ and business invoices, payments from all partners and collaborating agents
Closely following up on all inquiries within a 24 hour response time
Open and close the availability as and when required of the hotel in all IDS and on the hotel website
Create and maintain reservation records within the Hotel PMS
Responsible for the prompt handling of cancellations, no-shows and modifications
Monitors advance deposit requirements as per the payment policy of each reservation

Corporate Entertainment Manager (Rethymno)




  • Graduate of Tourism & Management University or College
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Entertainment for 5star Hotels
  • Ideal at least of having 5 years’ experience as Entertainment Manager in a hotel chain
  • Fluent in Greek and English language.
  • One more language (German, French) would be appreciated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and use of Internet

Skills / Qualifications
Tourism & Hospitality Degree
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager in a 4* Hotel
Excellent command of English language; knowledge of a second language (German, Russian or French) would be considered asset
High Knowledge of Hotel’s Regulations
Excellent knowledge and use of New Technologies and Social Media
Pleasant personality with high communication and managerial skills, team player capable to work under pressure
