TUI Airport Service Rep Summer 2019, Heraklion and Corfu

Join TUI DX as a dedicated Airport Service Rep and be part of our busy international airport team that works hard to deliver amazing holidays. You are a fast learner with good life and work experience to help with the pressures of living and working in a busy airport environment.

This is a locally contracted position in a specific destination. You are likely to live here and be in possession of the required local documentation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working long and varied working hours both at the start of season as you learn the demands of the job and throughout the season to cover the varied and flexible airport shift pattern daytime or night
Providing non-stop naturally helpful service to a range of European guests at the start and end of their holidays
Remaining calm and forever smiling throughout any crises in our busy and at times crowded airports
Solving guest questions or complaints on the spot and happy to support reactive larger scale situations including flight delays and strike action with a positive and professional attitude
Efficiently organising airport paperwork – often needing re-organising at speed and short notice
Working very much as one international team supporting colleagues and customers of all nationalities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The maturity, life or work experience to handle living and working in our busy airport operation
Naturally able to engage and collaborate with guests and colleagues of varying nationalities
The experience or natural ability to provide great service – remains calm in a crisis and is comfortable to step-up and solve problems on the spot
High personal standards and takes pride in the uniform helping TUI DX stand out as No1
Previous experience of working with people or within customer service advantageous
Strong verbal & written English – additional European languages advantageous
